Practitioner-Led. Research-Driven. Ethically Governed.
What began in 2017 as a simple breakfast gathering of HR professionals evolved into something deeper.
A small group of practitioners recognized that the HR landscape in India needed a voice that was both authentic and rigorous. We saw the need for a body that prioritized competence over pedigree and fraternity over commercialism. From those early conversations, HRPA has grown into a structured alliance, driven by the belief that HR is the moral compass of the corporate world.
HRPA is established as a practitioner-led, non-profit professional fraternity. It is founded on the principles of Governance Transparency, Political Neutrality, and Competency Standards.
We are a democratically structured organization where leadership is a responsibility, not a reward. No part of our income is distributed to members; every rupee is reinvested into research, welfare, and education.
